Overview

With two distinct products and one core offering, I’ve been art directing and leading our visual design team into a more harmonized direction for Shogun.

Where previously we segmented our work by product, we’re now approaching ads, social, landing pages, and brand assets with one unified look that combines our core color palette through gradients, abstract shapes and a distinct illustration style.

Nº1:  Exploring nav, hero and grid treatments to unify Shogun’s dot com

Nº2: Thumbnail style for animated video series using our palette and illustration style
Nº3: Art directed ad template highlighting our illustrations for enterprise blog pieces
Nº4: Art directed modular ad style for our customer stories with light and dark mode treatments depending on the product the customer used

Nº5: Light and dark mode ads for general demand gen campaigns

Nº6: Exploring a footer that uses the Shogun macron above the ‘o’ as a shape to curve the top; also something that could show up in ads and at the footer of other compositions across the brand

Nº7: Ebook cover design template; love how minimal this is and how it displays our illustrations and gradients front and center

Nº8: Combined nav exploration that is more solution-focused than product focused

Nº9: More modular and gradient explorations for ad sets and digital illustration
